Description

Provide one-to-one skilled nursing care to clients in their homes in Cape-Atlantic County, New Jersey. You will follow doctors' orders, document care, and build meaningful relationships with clients ranging from infants to geriatrics.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Passion for skilled nursing
• Ability to provide care for trach and vent clients
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Commitment to compassionate care

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a 1:1 homecare setting
• Follow up, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Travel to client homes on a schedule of your choice
• Build client relationships and observe milestones
• Care for clients from infant to geriatric ages
