As the face of Peloton Studios London, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, drive revenue through exceptional retail and cafe service, and support events. Your role is key to delivering a world-class member experience.

Requirements

• Prior sales or hospitality experience with goal-oriented mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented with 'no task too small' attitude
• Proficiency with Apple products and MS Office; Salesforce or CMS a plus
• Availability for dynamic schedule including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador, providing greetings and expert knowledge on classes and instructors
• Maximize revenue through product knowledge and merchandising in retail and cafe
• Oversee stock management and CMS entry for retail and F&B
• Partner with Group Booking and Events for member experiences
• Address member feedback across all channels with solutions-oriented approach
