💼 About This Role

You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans at the "loudest store in the mall." You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience. You'll work the register and drive add-on sales using additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and use product knowledge to drive sales
• Cover the sales floor and maintain visual standards
• Process sales transactions and promote add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to navigate the store and merchandise product
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
