You will support plaintiffs' representation in complex litigation by handling procedural execution, quality control, and coordinating workstreams. About 30% of your role involves mentoring paralegals and legal assistants.

Requirements

• JD or LL.B. required
• Minimum 4 years of experience supporting litigation matters in a law firm or comparable legal environment
• Substantial experience with complex litigation, including trial and appellate support, strongly preferred
• Experience mentoring and supervising others strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience using CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and the Bluebook

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign litigation support tasks to paralegals and legal assistants, ensuring quality and timely completion
• Mentor, train, and provide substantive guidance to legal support staff
• Manage all phases of litigation from an operational and procedural standpoint
• Support trial and hearing preparation by overseeing pretrial filings, managing transcripts, and organizing trial exhibits
• Draft, review, prepare, file, and organize pleadings, briefs, appeals, and other legal documents
