You'll deliver HR services across our US offices as a versatile self-starter. You'll support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and drive operational improvements. This role is a visible part of the Global HR Team raising professionalism and engagement.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary HR contact for employee questions
  • Administer benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and COBRA
  • Support open enrollment and compliance reporting
  • Manage offboarding and documentation for promotions and transfers

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-3 years in HR generalist or benefits role
  • Bachelor's degree with 3.3+ GPA
  • Self-funded health insurance experience with TPAs and stop-loss carriers
  • Benefits compliance knowledge (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125)

  • Direct experience with open enrollment
  • Strong academic credentials and extracurricular leadership
  • Experience with visa processes and relocation
