You'll help lead a pop culture driven retail store, supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and developing a collaborative team. As the store's #1 fan, you'll create buzz through new product promotion and social media, balancing operational excellence with a customer-first approach.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative store team.
• Provide leadership on operations, shrink prevention, and payroll.
• Merchandise store using planograms and launch promos on time.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to merchandise and lift up to 50 pounds.
