Description

You will lead daily warehouse operations—both inbound and outbound—in a high-volume e-commerce and 3PL environment. You'll oversee receiving, quality inspection, put-away, inventory control, and ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time while supervising teams and maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain or logistics preferred
• 2-5 years warehouse or fulfillment center experience with at least 1 year in supervisory role
• Proficiency with WMS, RF scanners, and handheld Android devices
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, unloading, staging, verifying, and put-away activities
• Manage discrepancies (overages, shortages, damages) and perform root-cause analysis
• Supervise outbound order fulfillment (picking, packing, shipping) and adjust labor based on volume
• Track KPIs including cycle time, accuracy, UPH, and on-time shipment
• Lead team huddles, performance reviews, safety briefings, and cross-training
