💼 About This Role

You'll design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform-native capabilities. Your work will directly impact platform scalability and customer experience in a fast-moving engineering environment. You'll collaborate with architects and product managers in an Agile team, leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Write clean, efficient code and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering standards.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Solid experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce UI frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, flows, and automation tools.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and CI/CD pipelines.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).
• Familiarity with Git workflows and Salesforce CLI.
