You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and leading a team at a pop-culture driven retail store. You'll drive customer engagement and run an operationally sound business. This role combines hands-on leadership with community impact through our meal donation program.

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create buzz and customer engagement through promotions and social media
• Manage shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Communication, time management, and operations skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
