🎯 What You'll Do

• Address customer inquiries across support channels within SLAs
• Leverage knowledge base to resolve common queries efficiently
• Identify and escalate technical issues to prioritize satisfaction
• Refine customer operations to improve retention and revenue

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of customer support experience
• Solid written and spoken English
• Commitment to 40-hour workweek starting at 8pm EEST
• Experience with tools like Front, Intercom, Zendesk or similar

• Degree from a top-tier institution
• Familiarity with Stripe, Notion, Zapier, G-Suite, JIRA
