You'll lead engineering and operations for a premier HOA management company's high-rise association, overseeing building systems, staff, and vendor performance. You'll ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective operations and strategic asset management. This role combines hands-on oversight with leadership across 300+ communities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs using BuildingLink and Limble.
• Lead vendor selection, contract management, and performance evaluations.
• Supervise engineering staff, manage hiring, training, and scheduling.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive high-rise building engineering or operations management.
• Proven experience managing internal teams and external vendors.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire/life safety systems.
• Proficiency with BuildingLink, Limble, and Microsoft Office.

• College degree or technical school degree.
• EPA Universal 608 certification.
• High-Rise Fire Safety Director certificate.
