π― What You'll Do
- Own and maintain Employee Service Center reporting cadences and dashboards.
- Monitor and analyze key service metrics like SLA adherence and resolution time.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of Workday transactions and HR workflows.
- Support capacity planning by developing staffing data models and dashboards.
π Requirements
- 3β5 years in HR analytics, HR operations, or similar data-focused roles.
- Experience with Workday and ticketing platforms like ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in Excel, BI dashboards, and ideally SQL.
- Ability to build dashboards and translate complex data into clear insights.
