  • Own and maintain Employee Service Center reporting cadences and dashboards.
  • Monitor and analyze key service metrics like SLA adherence and resolution time.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of Workday transactions and HR workflows.
  • Support capacity planning by developing staffing data models and dashboards.

  • 3–5 years in HR analytics, HR operations, or similar data-focused roles.
  • Experience with Workday and ticketing platforms like ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in Excel, BI dashboards, and ideally SQL.
  • Ability to build dashboards and translate complex data into clear insights.
