- Support end-to-end post-sales customer lifecycle for enterprise clients
- Conduct cross-functional deep dives to map business processes
- Build new product capabilities for upper mid-market and enterprise clients
- Translate process flows into DOSS platform configurations
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years in engineering, consulting, finance, or operations
- Systems thinking ability to untangle interconnected processes
- High-intensity experience in startups, consulting, or finance
- Technical from first principles with strong analytical mindset

- SQL experience
- Prior experience in product operations
