Description

As a Custodial Team Lead, you will manage and train custodial staff to maintain a clean and safe environment at Sphere Las Vegas. You'll oversee daily operations, conduct audits, assist with staff deployment, and ensure high-quality service for guests.

Requirements

• 1-2 years supervisory or lead experience in custodial/janitorial setting
• Experience resolving inventory discrepancies
• Strong interpersonal and people-oriented skills
• Attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Knowledgeable in custodial services for restrooms, floors, and seating areas

Responsibilities

• Ensure all custodial areas are cleaned and maintained to company standards
• Conduct reports and follow up on check-out logs for materials and equipment
• Maintain knowledge of products, chemicals, equipment, and systems
• Assist with staff deployment and pre-shift meetings
• Conduct daily audits of schedules and time punches
