• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using market intelligence.
• Serve as strategic partner to business unit leaders for hiring plans.
• Manage candidate journey from scheduling to offer and onboarding.
• Act as SME for Greenhouse ATS, troubleshooting and managing templates.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Biotech/pharma experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and applicant tracking systems.
