🎯 What You'll Do

• Design composite structures for UAVs from concept through flight test.
• Perform structural analysis using hand calculations and FEA.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and test teams to build hardware.
• Participate in hands-on fabrication and integration of prototypes.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing or building composite structures.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Materials Engineering.
• Proficiency with NX or similar CAD tools.
• Experience performing FEA using ANSYS or similar software.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with aerospace or UAV composite structures.
• Familiarity with autoclave and out-of-autoclave prepreg processes.
• Work using Fibersim for laminate definition.
