💼 About This Role

You'll manage existing customer relationships for Datadog's observability platform, driving product adoption and growth. You'll advocate internally to ensure a positive experience and identify upsell opportunities. This role blends relationship management with sales, focusing on the France market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with sales for smooth customer onboarding
• Build customer relationships and trust proactively
• Execute full sales cycle for growth opportunities
• Monitor usage trends to identify renewal risks
• Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Product, etc.)

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in business-level French
• 5-7 years of customer-facing account experience
• Experience working the France market
• Experience negotiating contract terms and pricing

• Experience with observability or monitoring solutions
• Familiarity with MEDDIC or Command of the Message
• Knowledge of SaaS sales cycles
