🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow two high-performing engineering teams.
• Coach and develop engineers through regular feedback and mentorship.
• Define and drive long-term vision and strategy for teams.
• Identify high-impact opportunities with Product, Data, and Design.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years leading and scaling development teams.
• Degree in computer science, data science, or related field.
• Strong technical expertise in system design and architecture.
• Proven people-centric approach and team-building skills.
