You will support the networking, compute administration, and application needs of SpaceX's launch environment, contributing to mission-critical systems that enable a high launch cadence. This role involves deploying IT infrastructure, performing system upgrades, monitoring services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 3+ years IT systems administration experience
• Hands-on experience with Linux or Windows server administration
• Experience with enterprise network administration and deployment
• Ability to pass Air Force background checks and work extended hours

Responsibilities

• Augment and deploy new IT infrastructure for mission-critical networks
• Perform periodic system upgrades and patches during off-hours
• Monitor IT services and respond to incidents to maintain performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
• Author and maintain documentation for IT systems
