Description

You will develop and optimize production processes for key propulsion components, manage integration and test operations, and work with engineers to improve manufacturability. The role ensures satellites achieve their mission through holistic ownership of the production line.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 1+ years hands-on experience in fabrication, assembly, testing
• Experience with integration and testing of propulsion, thermal, or electrical systems
• Understanding of test methods and data acquisition systems
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage integration build flow and test operations
• Evaluate designs for manufacturability and integration
• Interface with engineers and technicians to optimize manufacturing
• Maintain process consistency, quality, tooling, safety
• Evaluate non-conformances and implement improvements
