💼 About This Role

You'll own the execution layer of A1's intelligence, translating research into production-grade ML systems. Your work will power a proactive AI chat app that handles long-running workflows and real-world task completion. This role combines research, infrastructure, and product impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end ML system execution (data, training, inference).
• Fine-tune models using LoRA, QLoRA, SFT, DPO, distillation.
• Design and maintain data pipelines for high-quality training data.
• Implement evaluation pipelines for performance and safety.
• Deploy and optimize GPU inference for latency and cost.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping production ML systems.
• Deep experience with Python, PyTorch, and JAX.
• Proven ability to deploy and optimize large models (LLMs, multimodal).
• Strong production engineering skills: deployment, monitoring, reliability.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning methods.
• Background in synthetic data generation or data systems.
• Familiarity with LLM safety and bias evaluation.
