• Identify and scope high-impact technical projects
• Advise leadership on technical decisions and strategy
• Mentor and advise other engineers
• Drive technical decision-making through hands-on work

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in complex environments
• Strong background in full-stack development
• Proven ability to mentor and communicate clearly
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker

• Background in robotics (not required)
