Description

As a Senior Consultant in Banking, you will lead challenging projects for top clients in retail, corporate, and wealth management. You'll develop innovative solutions in areas like cost efficiency, sustainability, AI, and customer experience, from concept to implementation.

Requirements

• Several years of practical work experience and first project leadership experience in banking, FinTech, or consulting
• Outstanding degree in business, engineering, or IT (banking training is a plus)
• Knowledge of current banking trends and relevant KPIs
• Interest in digital transformation and strong analytical skills
• Excellent German and English skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel
