Description

You will provide legal support on corporate governance, commercial contracts, PRC regulatory matters (payments, FX, data protection), employment law, and cross-functional projects. You'll collaborate with global teams and external counsel to ensure compliance and enable business growth.

Requirements

• 4-7 years post-qualification legal experience
• Bar qualification in good standing
• Excellent English professional proficiency (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on corporate governance for China entities
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial documents (purchasing, consulting, partnership agreements)
• Provide regulatory legal support on PRC payments, FX, data protection, and privacy
• Provide guidance on employment law matters
• Partner with global legal and cross-functional teams to align on policies and contract templates
