You'll drive sales strategy and build customer relationships for EquipmentShare's Advanced Solutions rentals, covering pump, power, and HVAC equipment. Your core impact is expanding market share and revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be supported by proprietary T3 technology and a people-first culture.

- Manage territory and execute full sales strategy.
- Develop new business and acquire clients.
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships.
- Conduct sales presentations to prospects and customers.
๐ Requirements
- Superior outside sales experience with proven sales track record.
- Knowledge of pump, power, or HVAC equipment or rental/construction industry.
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
