Description

Lead an engineering team to build systems and product experiences that power customer activation at Brex, including onboarding, account setup, verifications, and integrations. You will drive strategy, leverage AI to automate workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver frictionless customer journeys.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years software engineering experience with strong technical depth
• 3+ years managing or leading engineers in high-growth environment
• Expertise leading full-stack engineering teams delivering end-to-end product experiences
• Track record building AI-powered product experiences including LLM-driven automation
