💼 About This Role

You'll lead mechanical hardware design of high-performance structural systems for fusion devices. You'll drive technical standards and grow a high-performing engineering team. This onsite role is key to building the world's first fusion power plant.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Grow and mentor a team of multidisciplinary structural engineers
• Oversee design of machine architecture and high-performance structural systems
• Drive high-level architectural decisions on neutron shielding and primary structures
• Lead design, analysis, and manufacturing process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of structural/mechanical engineering experience
• 2+ years in an engineering management role
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams with full-scope project ownership
