As a Customer Success Manager at NICE, you will own the post-sale relationship with key enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve measurable value and long-term success with our CX platform. You'll drive adoption of AI-powered capabilities, conduct regular success reviews, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Business Information Systems, or equivalent
- 6+ years in Customer Success, TAM, or similar roles in SaaS/telecom/contact center
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of contact center platforms
Responsibilities
- Serve as single point of ownership for customer success across assigned accounts
- Develop strong relationships and hold regular success reviews
- Drive adoption and value realization including AI capabilities
- Partner with internal teams to ensure issues and initiatives progress effectively
- Proactively manage customer health, risks, and escalations
