💼 About This Role

You'll lead accounting advisory projects for Fortune 500, mid-cap, and start-up clients, serving as a subject matter expert on complex transactions. You'll drive client deliverables for SEC filings and process improvement initiatives, while mentoring managers and consultants. This role offers hybrid work flexibility and direct client interaction with C-level management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead client engagements on complex transactions (IPOs, acquisitions, divestitures)
• Drive SEC reporting deliverables (10-K, 10-Q, S-1, S-4 filings)
• Mentor managers and consultants, providing constructive feedback
• Lead process improvement projects and implement changes

📋 Requirements

• CPA or MBA with solid accounting experience
• 8+ years of public accounting or industry accounting/finance experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting
