You'll own end-to-end warehouse operations for a premier marketplace, ensuring seamless inventory, authentication, and fulfillment. Your work will directly impact scalability and consignor experience across digital platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee intake, authentication, inventory, fulfillment, and outbound logistics
• Manage consignment lifecycle from product intake to consignor payout
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for speed and accuracy
• Define and track operational KPIs like intake speed and fulfillment SLAs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in warehouse or operations management
• Proven experience managing end-to-end operational workflows
• Strong leadership with ability to scale high-performing teams
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems

• Experience in retail, ecommerce, or resale environments
• Proficiency in Excel or similar tools
