💼 About This Role

You'll join as a founding engineer on our Reporting & Statements team, designing the systems that power every financial report and statement we deliver. You'll build automated frameworks that guarantee accuracy and consistency for every number sent to clients, from monthly reports to daily statements to custom requests. This role stands out as a chance to shape architectural decisions collaboratively for a regulated crypto platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for financial data
• Build service integration layer between backend and data platform
• Shape architectural decisions collaboratively as a founding engineer
• Partner with Product teams to design APIs for self-service data access

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years building backend systems with production APIs
• Go or Python proficiency with RESTful API design
• Experience with PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or similar databases
• Cloud-native development on GCP or similar platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• GraphQL API experience
• Financial domain knowledge in fintech or banking
• Data platform collaboration with modern data stack patterns
