💼 About This Role

You'll own the performance of a team of 8 Sales Development Representatives, hiring and coaching them to exceed pipeline targets. You'll carry high single-digit million Euro revenue responsibility and be accountable for every key metric. This role combines startup agility with the structure of a scaling business.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end SDR team performance against pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top SDR talent.
  • Run weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and call coaching sessions.
  • Collaborate with AEs, Marketing, and RevOps on lead handoffs.

📋 Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales development experience.
  • At least 2+ years as a team lead directly managing SDRs.
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and promoting 10+ SDRs.
  • Fluent in German (native/near-native) and proficient in English.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Experience with P2P/O2C processes or industrial/manufacturing verticals.
