Description

You will design and deliver AI solutions that improve customer experience and enable data-driven decision making. You'll collaborate with a global team of builders to create pragmatic, performant AI products, working primarily with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and MLOps Engineers. This hybrid role requires two days per week in the Brussels office.

Requirements

• 5+ years delivering production-grade AI/ML projects with advanced techniques like LLMs, RAG, NLP, neural networks
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and databases like time series, graph, vector
• Built and deployed production code in Python with AI modules (LangChain, LangGraph, Pandas, Tensorflow)
• Experience with model evaluation, testing frameworks, and validation methodologies
• Work authorization for Brussels, Belgium; bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Monitor emerging AI/ML techniques and state-of-the-art approaches
• Transform prototypes into production-ready AI solutions
• Create, operationalize, and support AI/ML models and visualizations
• Evaluate algorithmic results for quality, adaptability, and efficiency
• Contribute to evolving AI/ML platforms and mentor junior engineers
