You'll build and lead a global Vulnerability Management team, defining strategy and managing technology vendors. You'll drive continuous improvement of scanning, risk assessment, and remediation processes across all business verticals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage team objectives, development, and upskilling
• Configure and tune vulnerability management tooling
• Drive remediation and mitigation activities
• Report real-time metrics and manage vendors

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with focus on Vulnerability Management
• 5+ years in senior leadership role
• Expertise in vulnerability management tools (Tenable/Rapid7/Qualys)
• Knowledge of frameworks like NIST/SANS

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or similar
• Experience with cloud security compliance (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Experience leading Purple Teaming or Bug Bounty programs
