Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 0-3 years of client-facing, sales, or account management experience
• Professional proficiency in English and Swedish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including phone-based outreach
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Engage daily with clients to build relationships and deliver tailored support
• Own client projects from scoping to delivering high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to maximize commercial outcomes
• Uphold GLG's compliance framework and company values
• Develop account management and commercial skills through direct client interaction
