💼 About This Role

You'll own key customer relationships for application-layer companies and research labs, serving as the primary point of contact from evaluation through delivery. You'll partner with technical and business stakeholders to guide training and deployment and drive account growth at a $10B Series C AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of customer relationships across AI labs and enterprises
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer questions and escalations
• Lead commercial processes to close new and existing business
• Work cross-functionally with product, ops, and engineering on delivery timelines

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of total work experience in consulting or technical program management
• Technical BS/MS or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in a top-tier Consulting Firm and fast-growth tech startup
• Proven track record in enterprise client-facing roles
