💼 About This Role

You'll lead project teams at CFGI, interacting with C-level management and Big 4 auditors on complex accounting issues. You'll drive client deliverables for transactions like IPOs and acquisitions. This role offers flexibility in work location and the chance to own projects from start to finish.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead client engagements and own client delivery on complex transactions
• Drive deliverables of financial and regulatory information per SEC requirements
• Serve as subject matter expert on new ASC accounting standards
• Mentor managers and consultants, fostering professional growth

📋 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, CPA or MBA considered
• 12+ years of experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting/finance
• Minimum of two years at a Big 4 firm
• Strong technical skills and working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting
