You'll manage transaction services initiatives from handshake to closing, supporting investors, sellers, and legal counsel. You'll drive complex deals and help clients unlock private market value at a high-growth fintech platform. This role offers significant growth into team leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage transaction services from handshake to closing.
• Compile documents and obtain signatures for closings.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot issues.
• Support KYC, AML, and compliance objectives.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3+ years in a fast-paced corporate setting, ideally finance, tech, or legal.
• Undergraduate degree in commerce, business, law, accounting, or economics.
• Client-facing experience with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate priorities across teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in transactional work with high document volumes (M&A, capital markets).
• Experience with Private Equity or Venture Capital fund investments.
