• Serve as main patient contact for reimbursement and pharmacy coordination

📋 Requirements

• Experience in healthcare or patient support settings
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (for Quebec/New Brunswick roles)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
