You'll lead the EMEA customer success organization, partnering with Fortune 500 C-suites to drive transformation with AI. Your core impact is owning retention and growth while scaling a world-class team. This builder role reports to the COO and collaborates with CEO and CRO at a $1.9B-valued AI platform used by Mars, Marriott, Uber, and Vanguard.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Drive industry leading NRR and GRR goals tied to quantifiable business outcomes
  • Lead, scale, and develop a high-performing CSM team across Strategic, Enterprise, and Mid-market
  • Design and operationalize a regional success model with playbooks, metrics, and governance
  • Build trusted partnerships with CIOs, CMOs, and business leaders at top enterprises

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 15+ years in enterprise SaaS or transformation-driven technology
  • 7+ years in senior CS or post-sales leadership across multi-country EMEA
  • Proven record building and scaling CS organizations through inflection points
  • Fluent in enterprise AI adoption and governance with ROI frameworks

  • Led Engagement managers, Customer architects, and Customer support directly or indirectly
  • Experience in hypergrowth, global expansion, or IPO environment
