You will align HR strategies with business objectives for Payoneer's China operations, driving initiatives in talent management, performance management, compensation, career development, and employee engagement. Partner with senior leaders, provide data-driven insights, and ensure compliance with local regulations while fostering organizational health and growth.

• Develop and implement HR strategies supporting business objectives in China
• Partner with senior leaders on organizational design and workforce planning
• Facilitate talent discussions, promotions, and succession planning
• Oversee performance management processes and ensure market competitiveness
• Lead strategic employee relations initiatives and coach key leaders
