You will transition our logistics operations from manual oversight to data-driven excellence by leveraging AI methodologies and deep business acumen. You'll plan supply capacity, optimize captain performance, and cure marketplace imbalances through sophisticated engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain, or Business
• 5+ years in high-growth tech, marketplace operations, or logistics
• Advanced SQL; Python or R preferred
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, G-sheets, Data-Studio)
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Strategic supply planning & capacity forecasting
• Implement AI-driven tools for captain scoring and churn prediction
• Design and manage the Captain Lifecycle with loyalty programs and gamification
• Monitor KPIs and diagnose performance issues
• Manage engagement budget with focus on ROI
