You'll act as a force multiplier for Seller Operations at Sotheby's, supporting global process improvements and translating data into action. You'll own key workstreams from diagnosis through implementation, delivering measurable outcomes and helping accelerate inventory turnover. This newly created role is designed to build execution capability within a complex, global environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support multiple concurrent initiatives to simplify seller workflows
• Proactively identify friction points across the seller journey
• Own and maintain dashboards tracking core Seller Experience KPIs
• Conduct deep dives to diagnose root causes of delays and performance gaps

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, consulting, or similar execution-focused roles
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global, or cross-functional environment
• Advanced Excel required
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and deliver against outcomes
