You'll act as a technical leader on the Commerce Risk Detection Systems team, building large-scale, real-time fraud detection systems that analyze tens of millions of events daily. You'll drive architectural decisions and help evolve from rule-based to ML/LLM-powered detection, directly impacting seller and buyer trust.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architecture for large-scale fraud detection systems
• Design low-latency backend systems processing millions of events per day
• Develop real-time inference pipelines using streaming data
• Collaborate with data science and ML teams on detection models

📋 Requirements

• 10-12 years of backend engineering experience
• Experience building large-scale real-time distributed systems
• Strong proficiency in Java-based backend development
• Experience with data streaming technologies like Apache Flink
