You'll own lifecycle campaigns from activation to retention at Fyxer, an AI email assistant that saves professionals time. You'll run a relentless test-and-learn programme using Customer.io to improve activation, retention, and growth across prosumer and B2B audiences. This role offers high ownership and direct commercial impact at a rapidly growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run A/B tests and segmentation experiments across lifecycle
• Build and execute campaigns from activation to retention
• Manage Customer.io workflows, sequences, and segmentation
• Report on campaign impact focused on commercial outcomes

📋 Requirements

• 4–7 years of hands-on lifecycle experience
• Proficient in Customer.io building complex campaigns and workflows
• Experience in B2B or complex multi-stage lifecycle
• Commercially wired, focused on pipeline and revenue

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience across PLG and sales-assisted motions
• Familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo, or intent data platforms
• Early or growth-stage startup experience
