You'll lead a team of Account Managers driving retention and expansion for Brex's commercial segment. You'll own net revenue retention and coach value-based selling to deepen customer relationships. This role offers high impact with cross-functional partnership and strategic leadership.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead, hire, and develop a team of Account Managers.
  • Own net revenue retention and strategic direction for your segment.
  • Coach Account Managers on value and customer business understanding.
  • Build and maintain operating cadence for pipeline reviews and forecasting.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Risk, Legal, Product, and others.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years managing teams in Fintech, SaaS, or high-growth environment.
  • Experience leading teams owning account health, renewals, and expansion.
  • Fluency in modern finance technology like ERPs and spend management platforms.
  • Ability to analyze product usage data and drive action through team execution.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in credit card or spend management with knowledge of limits and underwriting.
  • Background in corporate accounting or financial systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and other sales tools.
  • Series 7 license.
