You'll lead a team of Account Managers driving retention and expansion for Brex's commercial segment. You'll own net revenue retention and coach value-based selling to deepen customer relationships. This role offers high impact with cross-functional partnership and strategic leadership.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, hire, and develop a team of Account Managers.
- Own net revenue retention and strategic direction for your segment.
- Coach Account Managers on value and customer business understanding.
- Build and maintain operating cadence for pipeline reviews and forecasting.
- Partner cross-functionally with Risk, Legal, Product, and others.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years managing teams in Fintech, SaaS, or high-growth environment.
- Experience leading teams owning account health, renewals, and expansion.
- Fluency in modern finance technology like ERPs and spend management platforms.
- Ability to analyze product usage data and drive action through team execution.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in credit card or spend management with knowledge of limits and underwriting.
- Background in corporate accounting or financial systems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and other sales tools.
- Series 7 license.
