You'll manage store operations and visual merchandising at Backcountry, connecting customers to premium outdoor gear. You'll ensure a brand-aligned sales floor, process transactions, and lead inventory tasks. This part-time role blends key holder duties with visual leadership in a dynamic retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in opening and closing the store
• Manage cash transactions and daily reconciliations

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of retail or customer service experience
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
