Description

As an early Value Engineer at Avetta, you will build and scale a function that demonstrates and delivers value to customers. You'll develop frameworks, tools, and methodologies to quantify Avetta's value, drive engagement, and integrate value into client-facing assets, serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in value engineering, business consulting, FP&A, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Proven expertise in building financial models, ROI calculators, and cost-optimization strategies.
• Exceptional ability to translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations.
• HSE, Risk Management, Procurement, or Sustainability experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of value engineering practices by developing assets, tools, and frameworks.
• Create and maintain processes to quantify and communicate value, including ROI models and cost analysis tools.
• Develop sophisticated value models to support customer evaluations across challenges, industries, and regions.
• Lead value discovery sessions and executive conversations to uncover business drivers and align on outcomes.
• Translate complex data analyses into compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
