Description
You will drive customer adoption programs, manage the mentorship ecosystem, scale the reference platform, and support customer communications to ensure every customer feels supported and empowered to share their story. This is a hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC, requiring at least two days in the office per week.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in B2B marketing (Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or Marketing Program Management) in SaaS
- Ability to write clear, persuasive copy for technical audiences
- Experience supporting Sales teams with enablement materials
- Familiarity with post-sales journey: implementation, education/training, and technical support
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
Responsibilities
- Drive customer mentorship programs and initiatives for new users and administrators
- Support, produce, and host customer-facing webinars including adoption sessions and Office Hours
- Develop and curate just-in-time resources (playbooks, checklists, guides) mapped to customer lifecycle stages
- Own customer reference platform, ensuring pipeline of advocates for sales calls and case studies
- Track and report on program health metrics such as mentor/mentee satisfaction and reference utilization
