You'll develop AI-driven compliance solutions for Norm Ai, the leading Legal & Compliance AI company. You'll work across the stack to bring innovative product ideas to life, scaling bursty systems and pushing AI boundaries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Improve client-facing enterprise product and internal legal engineering tools
• Work on scaling problems to ensure reliability on bursty systems
• Stay current with emerging AI use cases and push boundaries
• Iterate and obsess over customer experience with product intuition

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years writing application-layer Python for production
• 2+ years writing React + TypeScript or similar for production
• Experience with Postgres or similar database
• Experience writing APIs using FastAPI or similar for production

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with database scaling problems
• Experience building highly configured UIs tied to editable schemas
• Experience with AWS infrastructure or similar
